Title:Bilingual Construction Office Manager - Sudbury
Do you enjoy the challenge of a continually demanding day where you don't know what is going to happen next? The person we are looking for is able to juggle the demands of a busy office, prioritize tasks, deal with crew issues and present the best customer service to clients.

Key skills include excellent customer service for both internal and external customers, the ability to develop a rapport with clients and to become the driving factor behind a successful branch. Experience with Human Resources, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, and an understanding of construction are definite assets.

Main specific duties include (but are not limited to):
- Entering and updating all new claims
- Day to day operations of branch
- Scheduling of crew
- Time entry of crew hours
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Weekly mileage for crew members
- Updating sub-trade database for branch
- Other tasks as required by Branch Manager and Project Managers

To be a successful Office Administrator you must possess the following skills and abilities:
- Knowledge of the insurance claims industry and Xactimate an asset
- Ability to multitask
- Well versed in Microsoft Office packages
